💰 Pay & Bonuses

OTR Flatbed Pay (stay out 2–3 weeks):

• 5+ yrs: $0.60 | 4 yrs: $0.59 | 3 yrs: $0.58

• 2 yrs: $0.57 | 1 yr: $0.56 | 6–12 mos: $0.54 | 0–6 mos: $0.52

Regional Flatbed Pay (home every weekend):

• 5+ yrs: $0.62 | 4 yrs: $0.61 | 3 yrs: $0.60

• 2 yrs: $0.59 | 1 yr: $0.58 | 0–12 mos: $0.54

Extra Pay & Bonuses:

• Paid securement training (up to $1,000/week)

• Quarterly performance bonus (up to $600)

• Annual seniority bonus ($500–$2,500)

• Valid CDL-A, age 21+

• Safe driving record (No DUI in 10 years, No felonies in 7 years, Max 2 violations in 5 years)

• No experience required (except Alabama: 6 months CDL-A required)
