We offer some of the highest CPM rates in the industry (up to $0.62 per mile), steady freight year-round, and the flexibility to choose your schedule. Whether you want to stay out 2–3 weeks OTR or be home every other weekend regionally, we’ve got options to fit your lifestyle.

💰 Pay & Bonuses

OTR Flatbed Pay (per mile):

• 5+ yrs: $0.60 | 4 yrs: $0.59 | 3 yrs: $0.58

• 2 yrs: $0.57 | 1 yr: $0.56 | 6–12 mos: $0.54 | 0–6 mos: $0.52

Regional Flatbed Pay (home every weekend):

• 5+ yrs: $0.62 | 4 yrs: $0.61 | 3 yrs: $0.60

• 2 yrs: $0.59 | 1 yr: $0.58 | 0–12 mos: $0.54

Extra Pay & Bonuses:

• Paid Training: up to $1,000/week (2–7 weeks)

• Performance Bonus: up to $600 quarterly

• Seniority Bonus: $500–$2,500 annually

• Valid CDL-A, Age 21+

• Safe driving record (No DUI in 10 yrs, No felonies in 7 yrs, Max 2 violations in 5 yrs)

• No experience required (except AL: 6 months CDL-A required)
