JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supports terminal manager in supervising, scheduling, and monitoring loads for fleet of drivers
- Handle the processing and billing of customer loads
- Coordinate and communicate directly with various customers
- Ensures effective daily problem resolution and customer service by professionally representing TransWood
- Monitor performance and available hours of fleet drivers
- Strong ability to work alongside team, build strong relationships, and strive for excellence
- Previous chemical tanker dispatch experience required
- Self-motivated problem-solver with a strong desire to meet customer needs
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and understanding of DOT safety regulations is helpful
- Knowledge of TMW dispatch software is preferred – but will train

- $45,000 - $58,000 based on experience
